This is so exciting! In 2009, the Lord blessed me with a baby. A baby I so longed for. God continued blessing me and 2 more children later, I decided to give up my plans of owning and operating a dance school and decided to get involved in photography.
As many of you know, and have followed me for years now, my photography business took off running. I long ago decided to focus on photographing where my heart at the time really wanted to be.....with newborns and babies. Specializing in this area only allowed me to be able to control how much I worked, while blessing with the ability to have the flexibility to raise the three beautiful joys of my life without childcare.
We can't always predict the future, and while I believed I would most likely stick to newborn and babies forever, time goes on, children grow older and needs change.
I have decided to rebrand my business and open up my schedule to all the memories we want to remember. From expecting your baby, all the way through their graduation. This includes maternity sessions, newborn and baby's first year milestones, children's milestones, family sessions and graduating seniors both high school and college!!
Check out a recent senior photo I recently took of a beautiful senior graduating from Rose this June. The best part? I am also photographing her baby sister. This is exactly what I mean about becoming New Bern's Grow with me photographer, I really become part of the family, which does my heart so good.
My three beautiful children are now 16, 14 and almost 12 and while they still very much need me, things are changing. I love the way my business has allowed me to be the best mother I can be to them and now, while they begin to need me less and less, it is a time for me to focus on business and it's current direction. As my children have grown, my business has mirrored it, and I love that!
I have photographed many families for years now, and have already had the amazing opportunity to see what it is like to become part of so many of your families, and watch your children grow up as their family photographer. I am so excited to offer this now to everyone and become New Bern's Premier, Family Photographer. I love the opportunity to become part of your family, as your photographer and have your children GROW WITH ME, alongside Michelle Salsman Photography.
I will be in the process of rebranding over the course of late July-August. This means, some price changes for different packages, perhaps a new logo and the website will need to have all the new information placed throughout it. I can't wait to grow with ya'll New Bern!
